采用锻造与步进轧制工艺制备了Ti-6-22-22S合金50mm和125mm两规格棒材,测试了其室温力学性能,观察了加工态及不同热处理状态下的金相组织。对加工、热处理与其组织性能的关系进行了分析。实验表明:锻造和轧制温度选择在两相区上部温度960℃获得细网篮组织,经优化的热处理工艺处理都能获得良好的综合性能。轧制棒材室温拉伸性能好于锻造棒材性能。
Ti-6-22-22S alloy 50mm and 125mm two size bars were prepared by forging and step rolling process. The mechanical properties at room temperature were tested. The microstructure of the Ti-6-22-22S alloy was observed under different working conditions and different heat treatment conditions. The relationship between processing, heat treatment and its properties is analyzed. Experiments show that: forging and rolling temperature selection in the upper two-phase temperature of 960 ℃ to obtain a fine basket organization, the optimized heat treatment process can get a good overall performance. Rolling bar tensile properties at room temperature better than forging bar performance.
