The authors report five cases of streptococcal arthritis that have rarely been reported in the literature. Case 1: A 22-year-old man complained of severe oral pain and gum burning sensation. Sore throat seven days ago, difficulty swallowing and chewing, fever, general malaise. See the upper and lower jaw gingival redness, diffuse acute inflammation, swelling and pain, some erosion between the interphalangeal, lesion covered by a yellowish pseudomembranous, submandibular lymph nodes and tenderness, no periodontal pocket, Tooth is not loose, teeth closed. The anti-streptolysin test only increased titers 14 days after onset, with a white blood cell count of 21,000 and a neutrophil count of 15,300. The rate of blood sedimentation was increased. Patients taking ampicillin were given 2 grams a day for relief of symptoms one week later. Case 2: A 20-year-old woman complains of oral cavity, especially gingival diffuse pain.
