目的 :探讨香丹注射液对冠心病患者血瘀证内皮源性血管活性因子基因表达的影响。方法 :将 56例冠心病血瘀证患者随机分为冠心病常规治疗对照组和常规治疗加香丹注射液治疗组 ,疗程均为 10d。分别于治疗前、后采血 ,用RT PCR方法检测内皮素 1(endothelin 1,ET 1)和内皮型一氧化氮合酶 (endothelialnitric oxidesynthase ,eNOS)的mRNA表达。结果 :治疗后 ,香丹注射液治疗组eNOS的mRNA阳性率增加 ,ET 1的mRNA阳性率下降 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :香丹注射液能调节eNOS和ET 1的mRNA表达 ,改善冠心病血瘀证患者血管内皮功能
Objective: To investigate the effect of Xiangdan injection on the gene expression of endothelium-derived vaso-vaso-gene in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 56 cases of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into routine treatment of coronary heart disease control group and conventional treatment plus Xiang Dan injection treatment group, treatment were 10d. Blood samples were taken before and after treatment. The mRNA expression of endothelin 1 (ET 1) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) were detected by RT PCR. Results: After treatment, the positive rate of eNOS mRNA in the Xiangdan injection treatment group increased and the positive rate of ET 1 mRNA decreased. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Xiangdan injection can regulate eNOS and ET 1 mRNA expression and improve vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease and blood stasis syndrome
