河北省为民服务全程代理工作开展以来,切实解决了大量的社会问题和民生难题,有力地推进了政府职能的转变,取得了十分明显的综合性效果。但在此项工作的推行过程中,还存在着一些不足,对此,本文认为可以通过完善服务功能、拓展服务领域;健全工作机制、创新服务模式;减少审批事项、真正简政放权;健全组织机构、配强服务队伍几方面加以健全。 Since the work of acting as an agent for serving the public in Hebei Province has been practiced, a great deal of social and livelihood challenges have been effectively solved, and the transformation of government functions has been vigorously promoted and a very clear and comprehensive result has been achieved. However, there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of this work. In this regard, this paper argues that we can improve the service function, expand the service area, improve the working mechanism, innovate the service mode, reduce the examination and approval matters, Institutions, with strong service team to improve several aspects.
