本文采用微电泳给药观察褪黑激素(melatonin,MT),5-HT及赛庚啶(cyproheptadine,CYP)对大鼠大脑皮层神经元自发和L-谷氨酸诱发放电的影响,并探讨MT与5-HT受体之间的关系。在所测试的50个自发放电单位中,有44个单位对MT发生抑制反应,3个发生兴奋反应,3个无反应。MT对自发和谷氨酸诱发单位活动的影响无明显差异,其抑制作用呈现剂量依赖关系5-HT和MT对同一神经元有相似的抑制效应,CYP拮抗MT和5-HT的效应。本文结果表明,MT对大脑皮层神经元的抑制作用,除直接激活它本身的受体外,还可能以5-HT受体为中介而间接发挥效应。
In this paper, the effects of melatonin (MT), 5-HT and cyproheptadine (CYP) on spontaneous and L-glutamic acid induced discharge in rat cerebral cortical neurons were observed by microelectrophoresis. MT And 5-HT receptors. Of the 50 spontaneous discharge units tested, 44 units responded to inhibition of MT, 3 were excited and 3 did not respond. The effect of MT on spontaneous and glutamate-induced unit activity had no significant difference, and its inhibitory effect showed a dose-dependent relationship between 5-HT and MT on the same neuron. CYP antagonized the effect of MT and 5-HT. Our results show that MT inhibit the neurons of the cerebral cortex, in addition to directly activate its own receptors, but also may 5-HT receptor mediated indirectly and indirectly.
