随着医疗保险制度改革,医院将面临着更激烈的竞争,随之对医院科研创新提出更高的要求,在有序运作和不断整合的过程中步入良性循环轨道。 综合医院科研创新体系的建立与运行,其过程本身就是改革的过程,改革就有阵痛,有许多观念转变和利益调整,资源的优化利用,学科交叉融合,更重要的是如何建立一个能够持续激励人们创新的运行机制。严峻的现实告诉我们,有没有强烈的科研意识、重点学科意识及人才建设意识,其结果大不相同。市场经济是无情的、残酷的,落后就必淘汰,我们对此必须要有清醒的认识。
With the reform of the medical insurance system, hospitals will face more fierce competition, followed by higher requirements for innovation in hospital research, and entering a virtuous cycle in the process of orderly operation and continuous integration. The establishment and operation of a research and innovation system in a general hospital is a process of reform itself. There are pains in the reform, there are many changes in concepts and adjustments in interests, the optimal use of resources, cross-disciplinary integration, and more importantly, how to build a sustainable incentive People’s innovative operating mechanism. The grim reality tells us whether there is a strong sense of scientific research, awareness of key disciplines, and awareness of talent development. The results are very different. The market economy is ruthless and cruel, and it must be eliminated if it is backward. We must have a clear understanding of this.
