近两天全国连续发生两起群死群伤的特大交通事故，在社会上造成了极为恶劣的影响。11月14日6时许，山西省长治市黎城县白龙汽车运输公司李孝波驾驶大货车，在沁源县境内因疲劳驾驶导致车辆失控，冲入正在公路上出早操的沁源二中学生队伍中，造成21人死亡、16人受伤。11月15日16时许，贵州省毕节地区威宁县谢恒品驾驶中型客车，乘载20人在威宁县326国道坠入崖下，造成17人死亡、3人受伤。
