随着世界各国对保护环境和能源供应安全问题的日益重视,全球天然气工业正蓬勃发展。我国拥有比较丰富的天然气资源,大力开发和利用天然气,对调整我国能源结构和保证能源供应安全都有十分重要的意义。我国在“十五”计划纲要中明确提出“油气并举”的战略目标。天然气价格在天然气市场发展过程中具有举足轻重的作用,因此制定合理的天然气价格政策能够有力地推动天然气市场的发育和发展。现就我国天然气定价机制改革作如下探讨。
