在橡胶沥青中加入维他连接剂(TOR)是一种新型的化学改性方法,原材料选用金陵70号沥青,宏磊60目废旧橡胶粉,通过维他连接剂化学改性,根据选择的最佳制备工艺与反应温度,对TOR橡胶沥青及普通橡胶沥青在不同溶胀反应时间下进行170℃黏度试验,比较其黏度变化规律,并测定TOR橡胶沥青的针入度、延度、软化点随溶胀反应时间的变化,最后选择适合TOR橡胶沥青的SMA13级配,用湿法工艺成型车辙试件,测试出各溶胀时间TOR橡胶沥青混合料车辙试件的动稳定度。并根据黏度及动稳定度变化规律总结出最佳的溶胀反应时间。
The addition of VITOR (TOR) to rubber asphalt is a new type of chemical modification method. The raw materials are Jinling 70 asphalt, Honglei 60 mesh waste rubber powder, chemical modification by Vitallinkage, according to the choice Good preparation process and reaction temperature, TOR rubber bitumen and ordinary rubber bitumen were tested under 170 ℃ for different swelling reaction time. The change rules of viscosity were compared and the penetration, ductility and softening point of TOR rubber bitumen were measured. Finally, the SMA13 grade suitable for TOR rubber asphalt was selected. The rutting specimens were formed by wet process, and the dynamic stability of TOR rubber asphalt mixture rutting specimens was tested at each swelling time. According to the variation of viscosity and dynamic stability, the best swelling reaction time is concluded.
