测定150名正常临产妇及相应新生儿脐血清锌、铜与红细胞锌,同时评定新生儿体格发育指标.结果:母血清锌水平下降,低于脐血清水平;血清铜增加,高于脐血清水平.母脐血清锌、铜水平呈显著正相关.脐红细胞锌较母红细胞锌水平低,且与新生儿出生体重、身高,头围有显著正相关,提示脐红细胞锌对评价胎儿的生长发育有一定应用价值.
