随着知识经济时代的来临,企业人力资源的管理模式和管理理念等都发生了深刻的变化,并且面临着诸多挑战。作为敏感性很强的旅游企业,势必深受影响。因此,旅游企业要实现更好地发展,必须要加强人力资源管理的创新与优化。基于此,本文对知识经济下人力资源管理面临的挑战进行分析,并对旅游企业人力资源管理创新与优化,提出相应的对策。
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, profound changes have taken place in the management mode and management philosophy of enterprise human resources, and many challenges are faced. As a highly sensitive travel enterprise, is bound to be deeply affected. Therefore, to achieve a better development of tourism enterprises, we must strengthen the innovation and optimization of human resources management. Based on this, this paper analyzes the challenges faced by human resource management in knowledge economy, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the innovation and optimization of human resources management in tourism enterprises.
