12Cr1MoV钢属于珠光体低合金热强钢,该钢具有较高的热强性能和持久塑性,工作温度可高达600℃,主要用于制作过热锅炉过热器、管路等构件,12Cr1MoV钢具有冷裂纹敏感性和焊接应力拘束度大,使钢材的焊接工艺很难满足实际生产要求,结合制造单位自身制造经验,提出了耐热钢12Cr1MoV的焊接工艺措施。
