城市交通人口的逐渐增加,需要大量的城市轨道交通运营人才。因而加强城市轨道交通运营人才的培养,成为当前众多学校的重要工作任务之一。当前开设城市轨道交通运营管理专业的学校十分之多,重在培养学生们的专业知识、实践能力、创新能力和管理能力。在对城市轨道交通运营人才进行培养的过程中,需要采用积极有效的人才培养方式,才能够起到良好的效果。使用双元制的人才培养模式,对于培养出优秀的城市轨道交通运营人才具有积极意义。本文主要是从双元制培养模式的内涵入手,针对城市轨道交通运营人才的培养目标和职业技能的要求,对城市轨道交通运营人才的双元制培养方式进行全面而细致的说明和介绍。
The gradual increase of urban traffic population, requires a large number of urban rail transit personnel. Therefore, strengthening the training of urban rail transit operators has become one of the important tasks for many schools.
