新编高中英语教材每单元的第四课都有写作，高考写作也从无到有，所占比分从１５％增至１６７％，１９９６年再次增加到２０％。由此可见，写作教学在高中英语教学中占有相当重要的位置。然而现状却不容乐观，学生对写作充满畏难情绪，习作质量较低。如何提高学生的写作水平?
