目的探讨不同质量浓度四碘荧光素钠对口腔龈上菌斑的细菌抑制效果。方法选择2015年3—6月来哈尔滨市第一医院口腔科就诊的牙周炎患者5例,收集其口腔龈上菌斑,溶于无菌生理盐水中,离心取菌悬液,比浊法配成标准浓度。在避光条件下,将菌悬液分别与不同质量浓度的四碘荧光素钠溶液(以无菌生理盐水为空白对照)混合,孵育培养后计数平板菌落,观察不同质量浓度四碘荧光素钠的细菌抑制效果。结果质量浓度为0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、8.0 g/L的四碘荧光素钠平板上的菌落数分别为303±39.09、255±51.18、111±19.32、115±28.54、121±39.80,与空白对照平板上的菌落数(374±14.83)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。当四碘荧光素钠质量浓度为0.5~2.0 g/L时,随着其质量浓度的增加,细菌失活率显著增高;在质量浓度为2.0 g/L时,细菌失活率达到70%左右;质量浓度为4.0~8.0 g/L时,细菌失活率略下降但变化幅度不明显。结论四碘荧光素钠对口腔龈上菌斑有抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the bacterial inhibitory effects of different concentrations of tetraiodofluorescein on oral gingival plaque. Methods From March to June 2015, 5 cases of periodontitis were treated in Department of Stomatology, Harbin First People’s Hospital. The oral gingival plaque was collected, dissolved in sterile saline, centrifuged and the turbidimetric method Dubbed the standard concentration. Under dark conditions, the bacterial suspensions were mixed with different concentrations of sodium tetraiodo-fluorescein solution (with sterile saline as blank control). After incubation, the colonies were counted and the concentrations of sodium tetraiodosuccinate Bacterial inhibitory effect. Results The number of colonies on sodium tetraiodofluorescein plates with mass concentrations of 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0 and 8.0 g / L were 303 ± 39.09, 255 ± 51.18, 111 ± 19.32, 115 ± 28.54 and 121 ± 39.80 respectively, The number of colonies on the blank control plate (374 ± 14.83), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). When the concentration of sodium tetraiodofluorescein was 0.5-2.0 g / L, the rate of bacterial inactivation was significantly increased with the increase of its mass concentration. At the concentration of 2.0 g / L, the rate of bacterial inactivation was about 70% When the concentration was 4.0-8.0 g / L, the rate of bacterial inactivation decreased slightly but the change range was not obvious. CONCLUSION Tetraiodofluorescein sodium has an inhibitory effect on oral gingival plaque.
