建立了铁路信号继电器在热-电耦合作用下的数学模型,通过得到的有限元模型分析了不同环境温度下铁路信号继电器温度场的变化情况,仿真计算过程中考虑了环境温度以及温度的冲击。结果表明:铁路信号继电器的温升随环境温度的升高而降低;触头的温度从室温到稳态温度呈对数增长,并计算得到触头的热时间常数,推导出触头温升的理论曲线;温度冲击对铁路信号继电器影响较大,触头温度与环境温度呈正相关。
The mathematical model of the railway signal relay under the thermo-electric coupling is established. The temperature field of the railway signal relay under different ambient temperatures is analyzed by the finite element model. The impact of ambient temperature and temperature is considered in the simulation calculation.
