我厂自1976年诞生了无炉衬高炉的雏形,1971年10月正式建成一座100m~3无炉衬高炉并投产以来,生产实践证明,无炉衬锰铁高炉确实是多快好省地冶炼锰铁的新途径之一。它具有保持固定的内型、延长高炉寿命、保证炉况顺行、大幅度地增产、投资少、建设快等优点。当然、它同任何其它新生事物一样、在成长过程中必然会存在一些缺陷:如钢壳有变形、钢架易于腐蚀等。我们遵照伟大领袖毛主席“一个正确的认识,往往需要经过由物质到精神,由精神到物质,即由实践到认识,由认识到实践
