反佐配伍,是在辩证统一的思想指导下,着眼于阴阳动态的失衡,邪正斗争的复杂,脏腑功能的失调,运用性能或功效完全相反的两种药物相互配伍,达到对立统一,相反相成的目的。早在《内经》就有“奇之不去,则偶之,是谓重方。偶之不去,则反佐以取之,所谓寒热温凉,反从其病也”的记述。历代医学家对反佐配伍亦非常重视,如张仲景的通脉四逆加猪胆汁汤、张景岳的济川煎、朱丹溪的左金丸等,方中都寓有反佐配伍的深义。本文拟就常用几种反佐配伍的配伍特点和临床意义作以下分析:
