无线电频谱因其独一无二的不可再生性成为通信中最为宝贵的资源。ITU和各国对于无线电频谱的划分有着严格的标准。700 MHz频段穿透性能好、覆盖范围大,适合大范围网络覆盖。700MHz频段可为用户提供优质、高性能、低成本的移动宽带业务,更加有利于LTE的发展。本文针对700MHz频段所具有的两大优势(覆盖能力强、穿透损耗小)以及未来基于700MHz频段组网所面临的挑战进行了系统分析。在此基础上,建议广电与电信企业能够彼此进行深度合作,统一协调,创新业务模式,加速700MHz频谱资源的再利用,创造更大业务价值。
The radio spectrum has become the most valuable resource for communications because of its unique non-renewable nature. ITU and countries have strict standards for the allocation of the radio spectrum. The 700 MHz band has good penetration and coverage, making it suitable for a wide range of network coverage. 700MHz frequency band can offer users high-quality, high-performance, low-cost mobile broadband services, more conducive to the development of LTE. This paper systematically analyzes the two major advantages of the 700MHz band (strong coverage and low penetration loss) and the future challenges based on the 700MHz band networking. On this basis, it is proposed that radio and television enterprises and telecommunications companies should cooperate with each other in depth, unify and coordinate their business models, speed up the re-use of 700MHz spectrum resources and create greater business value.
