槐平林场位于永寿县永平乡。全场共有职工93人,经营面积85,502亩,有林地面积55,076亩,人工林占有林地面积的98%,森林总蓄积量为68,911m~3,林场设场部和五个营林工区。从1981年起,该场实行了适合自己特点的国有林分户经营的承包责任制。造林承包采用合同制,全场分了十个造林户,每年每户造林一百亩。这样,以合同的形式,明确承包户的责权利的关系,把国家、集体和个人利益紧紧地结合起来。该场实行分户经营的原则是“三统”,即面积、树种、规格统一规划;林木的采伐、间伐、自用材砍伐统一安排;上交的一、二类林产品统一计划安排。具体办法是
