液压集成块内部布孔是一种典型的带约束组合优化问题。为了提高布孔效率及整体性能,提出了一种基于合作型协同进化蚁群算法的集成块多孔道布孔方法。利用蚁群算法非常善于处理智能寻径等带约束的大规模组合优化问题的特点,在种群内部寻找孔道连通的最短且安全的路径;在各种群之间,利用协同进化算法进行多孔道的并行布孔,解决了布孔顺序问题,实现了内部孔道连通的优化设计。最后通过孔道连通实例对算法进行了验证,得到了较满意的结果。
Hydraulic bores inside the hole is a typical combination of constrained optimization problems. In order to improve the efficiency and overall performance of the cloth hole, a multi-hole drilling method based on collaborative co-evolutionary ant colony algorithm was proposed. The use of ant colony algorithm is very good at dealing with the characteristics of large-scale constrained large-scale combinatorial optimization problems, such as intelligent routing, in the population to find the shortest and safe path of the tunnel connectivity; in various groups, using co-evolutionary algorithm for multi-channel Parallel cloth hole, to solve the order of the cloth hole, to achieve the optimization of the internal channel connectivity design. At last, the algorithm is verified through the tunnel connectivity example, and the satisfactory result is obtained.
