目的:用气相色谱法测定盐酸丙帕他莫中乙醇、丙酮残留量。方法:采用2mm×2m玻璃柱,柱温:120℃;检测器温度:200℃(FID);进样口温度:200℃。结果:样品中检出乙醇,未检出丙酮,乙醇回收率96.1%,RSD2.48%;丙酮回收率为101.6%,RSD2.81%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,适用于盐酸丙帕他莫中乙醇、丙酮残留量的控制。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of ethanol and acetone in propacetamol hydrochloride by gas chromatography. Methods: A 2mm × 2m glass column was used. Column temperature was 120 ℃. Detector temperature was 200 ℃ (FID). Inlet temperature was 200 ℃. Results: No ethanol was detected in the sample. The recovery rate of ethanol was 96.1% with RSD of 2.48%. The recovery of acetone was 101.6% with RSD of 2.81% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and suitable for the control of ethanol and acetone residues in propiptamol hydrochloride.
