很多区域旅游合作研究的是跨行政区域的,如中部六省、长三角等大区域的打破行政界线的研究,虽然有些已经在实践方面取得了一定的成果,但是只有先搞好行政区域内的旅游合作才是跨区域合作的基础。因此,本文针对河南省的旅游业现状,结合行政区域内合作的问题,具体来探讨河南省省内的旅游合作模式,为中部崛起中的中部旅游合作奠定基础。
