随着我国转变经济发展方式战略的提出,以及走低碳、环保发展道路的要求,使得在可行性分析领域也应增加其它元素。即,在突出经济效益的同时,还应关注项目的社会和环境效益。在此基础上,可行性分析可以围绕着:优化工程项目审计、优化工程项目论证、优化工程项目设计等三种模式着手。惟有这样,才能从整体上实现公司的可持续发展。
With the proposed strategy of transforming our country’s economic development mode and the demand of taking the path of carbon and environmental protection development lower, other elements should also be added in the field of feasibility analysis. That is, while highlighting economic benefits, we should also pay attention to the social and environmental benefits of the project. On this basis, the feasibility analysis can revolve around three aspects: optimizing project audit, optimizing engineering project demonstration and optimizing project design. Only in this way can we realize the sustainable development of the company as a whole.
