人民币升值将全面提升国内地产资产价值,持续升值预期对房地产价格构成长期利好,而对人民币升值将有更强的预期,必然吸引投机资金继续流入房地产市场,支撑房地产股价。
Appreciation of the renminbi will raise the overall value of domestic real estate assets. The expectation of sustained appreciation is expected to have long-term positive effect on the real estate prices. However, there will be stronger expectation on the appreciation of renminbi, which will inevitably attract speculative funds to continue to flow into the real estate market and support the real estate stock price.
