抽运源功率漂移与放大自发辐射(ASE)噪声是导致超荧光光源(SFS)输出功率起伏的主要因素。为了实现SFS功率的稳恒输出,设计了一种新颖的数字模糊控制与模拟比例控制相结合的混合控制器。由于混合控制器对系统内的高频/低频噪声均能够有效抑制,因此SFS输出功率的稳定性得到显著提高。实验结果表明,SFS输出功率的短期稳定度达到±0.032%(±0.0014 dB),长期稳定度达到±0.041%(±0.0018 dB)。
Pumped source power drift and amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) noise are the major contributors to fluctuations in the output power of a super-fluorescent light source (SFS). In order to achieve a steady output of SFS power, a novel hybrid controller combining digital fuzzy control and analog proportional control is designed. The stability of the SFS output power is significantly improved because the hybrid controller effectively suppresses high-frequency / low-frequency noise in the system. The experimental results show that the short-term stability of the SFS output power is ± 0.032% (± 0.0014 dB) and the long-term stability is ± 0.041% (± 0.0018 dB).
