近几年,泉州地方老字号小吃行业的竞争日益激烈,小吃行业为了稳定市场,纷纷加大品牌化的速度。本文以泉州地方老字号小吃为出发点,概述了泉州地方老字号小吃品牌化发展过程中现状和问题,从老字号小吃品牌化发展的优势、劣势、机会和挑战分析品牌化的可行性。
In recent years, Quanzhou local old snacks industry increasingly competitive, snack industry in order to stabilize the market, have increased the speed of branding. This article takes Quanzhou local old-time snacks as the starting point, and summarizes the status quo and problems in the process of brand-name development of Quanzhou local old-fashioned snacks. It analyzes the feasibility of the brand from the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the old-time snack brand development.
