伴随着新媒体技术革命时代的到来,网络日益构建起一个新型的、不同于传统媒体的公共话语空间形态,以网络论坛为代表。网络空间中的公众意见表述有其自身的特质,也彰显了公共话语特色,但其目前的存在状态并未建构起理想的公共话语空间。
With the arrival of the era of revolution in new media technologies, the Internet has increasingly set up a new type of public discourse space that is different from traditional media and represented by the network forum.
