本研究旨在探讨复方花刺参制剂 (Stichopus variegatus Compoud ST复合剂 )对大鼠血浆 TXB2 、6-keto- PGF1α、PGE2 、Fg及其对大鼠血小板聚集的影响。实验采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA法 )测定各组大鼠血浆中 TXB2 、6- Ke- PGF1α、PGE2 的水平 ;另外 ,采用免疫比浊法测定两组大鼠血浆中纤维蛋白原 (Fg)的含量 ,并同时观察各组大鼠 3min,1 0 min内的血小板聚集率。结果表明 :实验组 TXB2 、PGE2 、Fg血浆含量均低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,而 6- Keto- PGF1α含量则高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5)。同时 ,两组大鼠 3min、1 0 min血小板聚集率亦有显著差异 (P<0 .0 0 1 )。有上述可见 :ST复合剂能明显降低大鼠血浆中 TXB2 、PGE2 水平 ,升高 6- K- PGF1α水平 ,降低血浆中 Fg含量 ,抑制血小板聚集 ,是抗凝血 ,防血栓形成的有效药物。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of compound stichopus preparations (Stichopus variegatus Compoud ST compound) on plasma TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1α, PGE2, Fg and their platelet aggregation in rats. The levels of TXB2, 6-Ke-PGF1α, and PGE2 in rat plasma were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). In addition, plasma fibrinogen (Fg) was determined by immunoturbidimetry in both groups. The content of platelet aggregation was observed at the same time for 3 min and 10 min in each group of rats. The results showed that the plasma levels of TXB2, PGE2, and Fg were lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.01), while the content of 6-Keto-PGF1α was higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). At the same time, the platelet aggregation rate was also significantly different between the two groups at 3 min and 10 min (P < 0.01). The above can be seen: ST compound can significantly reduce the plasma TXB2, PGE2 levels, increase 6-K-PGF1α levels, reduce plasma Fg content, inhibit platelet aggregation, is an effective anticoagulant, antithrombotic drugs.
