市场经济环境下,企业竞争日渐激烈,企业为了能够实现可持续发展目标,开始着手制定发展战略。然而受到诸多因素的影响,企业战略管理手段过于落后,难以满足企业现代化发展需求,在很大程度上阻碍企业进一步发展。而协同学理论作为一种新兴、综合性学科,将其应用于公司战略管理中,能够显著提高管理水平。本文将从协同学与公司战略管理理论入手,分析和研究协同学基础上公司战略管理理论框架的构建。
Under the market economy environment, the competition among enterprises is fiercer and fiercer.
