本文主要阐述了五年制高职生,由前三年的中职阶段向后两年的高职阶段跨越进程中出现的种种特有的困惑,并针对学生面临的这些困惑提出实施平滑跨越的教育方法,经班主任和执教教师的协同努力取得良好教育教学效果,使五年制高职生实现了平滑跨越和健康成长,借此机会与同行专家商讨。
