本文回顾分析了近视LASIK术后随访 1年以上的病例 16 11人 ,32 10只眼。术后形成继发性圆锥角膜的 5人 6只眼 ,占0 18%。形成圆锥角膜的时间为术后 8~ 36月 ,平均 2 2 3± 10 6月。预测 6眼LASIK术后角膜瓣下所保留的基质床厚度分别为16 0 μm、 16 2 μm、 15 9μm、 2 32 μm、 2 0 6 μm及 2 86 μm。结论 :LASIK术后继发性圆锥角膜与角膜瓣下保留基质厚度过薄有关 ,也可能与患者的角膜组织存在生物力学差异有关。
This paper retrospectively analyzed 16,11 cases of follow-up more than one year after myopia LASIK surgery, 3210 eyes. After the formation of secondary keratoconus in 5 of 6 eyes, accounting for 0 18%. The time to form keratoconus was 8 to 36 months after operation, with an average of 223 ± 10 months. The matrix bed thickness reserved under the corneal flap after LASIK in 6 eyes was 16 0 μm, 16 2 μm, 15 9 μm, 2 32 μm, 206 μm and 2 86 μm, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: Secondary keratoconus after LASIK is associated with poorly preserved matrix thickness below the corneal flap, and may also be related to the biomechanical differences in the patient’s corneal tissue.
