报告采用冷冻精液对72例因丈夫患无精症的妇女施行AID172周期,怀孕者39例,正常分娩37例,妊娠率达54.03%,周期成功率22.6%。并对细管冻存精液的优缺点等进行讨论。 Seventy-two women with azoospermia were enrolled in the study. AID172 cycles were performed in 37 women with 37 infertile pregnancies. The pregnancy rate was 54.03% and the cycle success rate was 22.6%. And discuss the advantages and disadvantages of thin tube frozen sperm and so on.
