建立了二十六种滥用药物的分离和分析方法。利用气相色谱(GC)分离和质谱(MS)差谱技术,二十六种药物都得到有效地分离和检测。此法被证明对中毒者的生物样品进行滥用药物及其代谢物的检测和鉴定是重要的和有效的。
Twenty-six drug abuse separation and analysis methods have been established. Twenty-six drugs have been efficiently separated and detected by gas chromatography (GC) and mass spectrometry (MS) differential spectroscopy. This method has proved to be important and effective for the detection and identification of drug abusers and their metabolites in biological samples of poisoned persons.
