随着市场经济的不断发展,大型国有企业与地方政府、地方企业的合作日益密切,由此产生的国内派出高管的薪酬问题越来越值得关注。笔者从当前国内派出高管薪酬管理中存在的问题入手,以公平、公正的薪酬制度激励国内派出高管为企业创造最大价值为目的,对大型国有企业国内派出高管薪酬体系设计中容易出现的问题提出了相应对策。
