目的制定积极有效的抗菌药管理策略以便促进抗菌药合理应用。方法分析我院呼吸科常用抗菌药用药频度及常见分离菌株对其耐药率的变化;临床药师参与抗菌药给药方案制定,优化静脉用抗菌药的调配流程。结果随着阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星用药频度的降低,肺炎克雷伯菌对其耐药率也显著降低,两者呈正相关;由于临床药师的参与,抗菌药不合理应用显著减少,抗菌药调配时间显著缩短。结论制定抗菌药管理策略及发挥临床药师的作用,可显著提高抗菌药合理用药水平。
Objective To develop a positive and effective antimicrobial management strategy to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods The frequency of commonly used antimicrobial agents in respiratory department of our hospital and the change of drug resistance rate of common isolates were analyzed. The clinical pharmacists participated in the formulation of antibacterial drug delivery protocol and optimized the formulation process of intravenous antibacterials. Results With the decrease of the frequency of amoxicillin and levofloxacin, the resistance rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae was also significantly decreased, which was positively correlated with the drug resistance. Due to the participation of clinical pharmacists, the irrational use of antibacterials was significantly reduced. Time is significantly reduced. Conclusion The development of antimicrobial drug management strategies and the role of clinical pharmacists, can significantly improve the rational use of antimicrobial drug levels.
