Aquatic plants, as primary producers in aquatic ecosystems, contribute to the health of aquatic ecosystems. At the same time, aquatic plants have problems that can not be neglected. For example, aquatic plants occupy a large number of other biological living spaces, photosynthesis and respiration of aquatic plants can cause water bodies During the non-growing season, the early decay of aquatic plants led to the rapid increase of TP, TN and COD content and the decrease of DO, and the promotion of sedimentation of aquatic plants accelerated the deposition of silt and marsh. In this paper, the negative effects of aquatic plants on the ecological health of aquatic plants are discussed, which provide suggestions and references for the management of aquatic plants in the lake.
