团组织在企业改制的过程中,必然面对团组织设置受冲击,团干兼职趋势扩大,团干素质要求受到挑战,团组织活动缺少吸引力的困境。但也能捕捉住企业改制为青年发展提供舞台,为兼职团干提供锤炼复合能力机会,组织设置与考评机制调整压力可转为强大动力的机遇。通过加强团员教育管理、加强团干队伍建设和完善团组织的制度建设,企业团组织能实现对困境的成功超越,获得发展的新空间。
In the process of enterprise restructuring, the CYL must inevitably face the impact of the establishment of the CYL organization. The CYL tended to expand its position as a part-time organizer and challenged the quality requirements of CYL organizations. The CYL organizations lacked the attractive predicament. However, it also captures the opportunity for enterprise restructuring to provide a stage for youth development, providing opportunities for part-time cadres to work on the ability to polish and compound, and to set up and appraise the mechanism to adjust the pressure and turn it into a powerful impetus.
