[目的]寻求新的含吡啶环的具有除草活性的先导化合物。[方法]以3-氟-4-甲基苯胺和几种吡啶甲酸衍生物进行缩合反应,得到9个未见文献报道的吡啶酰胺类化合物1a~1i,其中有3个是新化合物。[结果]所得化合物结构经~1H NMR和MS确认。[结论]初步生物活性测定表明:1000 mg/L质量浓度下,所有目标化合物均表现出了除草活性,其中化合物1b、1c、1d和1e的除草效果较好,化合物1b对靶标抑制率几乎达到100%。
[Objective] The research aimed to find new herbicidal lead compounds containing pyridine ring. [Method] The condensation reactions of 3-fluoro-4-methylaniline and several picolinic acid derivatives were carried out to obtain 9 novel picolides 1a ~ 1i, of which 3 were novel compounds. [Result] The structure of the obtained compounds was confirmed by ~ 1H NMR and MS. [Conclusion] The preliminary bioassay results showed that all the target compounds exhibited herbicidal activity at the concentration of 1000 mg / L, of which the herbicidal effects of compounds 1b, 1c, 1d and 1e were better, and the inhibition rate of the target compound 1b was almost reached 100%.
