ICD-9是一门科学性、技术、专业性较强的疾病分类方法。它现已成为世界卫生组织倡导和应用于疾病,损伤中毒和死亡原因分类及病案资料编目,检索的统一标准化工具。ICD-9分类原则是强调以病因为主,解剖及其它为辅,采用多轴心的分类编码。我们医院从1987年开始应用ICD-9对病案进行分类编码工作,通过近10年的实际工作,使我们积累了一些经验与教训,但也碰到了一些问题,使我们感到要使疾病分类工作做得准确、规范,必须要做好以下几点方能克服影响ICD-9编码的主要因素。
ICD-9 is a scientific, technical and professional disease classification method. It has now become a unified and standardized tool for WHO’s advocacy and application in the classification of disease, damage poisoning and death causes, and the cataloging of medical records. The principle of ICD-9 classification is to emphasize the use of multi-axis classification codes in order to use the disease as the subject, anatomy, and others. Since 1987, our hospital began to use ICD-9 to classify and code medical records. Through nearly 10 years of actual work, we have accumulated some experience and lessons, but we also encountered some problems, which made us feel that we must make the disease classification work. To be accurate and standardized, the following points must be made to overcome the main factors affecting ICD-9 coding.
