目的:建立三黄益肾颗粒中结合蒽醌型大黄酚、结合蒽醌型大黄素甲醚、丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Ecilpse C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(75∶25);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:270 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:大黄酚、大黄素甲醚、丹参酮ⅡA的线性范围为0.073~0.729μg/mL、0.051~0.510μg/mL、0.055~0.550μg/mL。结论:该方法简单、准确,可作为三黄益肾颗粒中结合蒽醌型大黄酚、结合蒽醌型大黄素甲醚、丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量测定的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of anthraquinone-type chrysophanol combined with anthraquinone-type physcion and tanshinone ⅡA in Sanhuang Yishen Granule. Methods: The HPLC method was used. The column was Ecilpse C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (75:25), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, the detection wavelength was 270 nm, Temperature: 30 ℃. Results: The linear ranges of chrysophanol, emodin and tanshinone ⅡA were 0.073 ~ 0.729μg / mL, 0.051 ~ 0.510μg / mL and 0.055 ~ 0.550μg / mL. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used as a method for the determination of anthraquinone-type chrysophanol combined with anthraquinone-type physcion and tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Sanhuang Yishen Granule.
