目的探讨剖宫产在妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病产科处理中的安全性、可行性。方法采用回顾性分析方法对95例妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病剖宫产进行分析。结果95例产妇无一例死亡,共生产117名新生儿,早产儿79名,新生儿窒息21名,重度窒息8名均为多胎早产儿。结论剖宫产是妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病产科处理的主要方法,妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病患者在纠正心衰同时行急诊剖宫产是可行的、安全的。
Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of cesarean section in obstetric treatment of gestational hypertensive disorder heart disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of 95 cases of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy induced cesarean section were analyzed. Results Ninety-five mothers died without one case, producing a total of 117 newborns, 79 premature infants, 21 neonatal asphyxia and 8 severe asphyxia infants with multiple premature infants. Conclusion Cesarean section is the main method of obstetric treatment of hypertensive disorder heart disease during pregnancy. It is feasible and safe for patients with hypertensive heart disease during pregnancy to correct heart failure while emergency cesarean section.
