刺梨(Rosa roxburghii Tratt)是维生素 C 含量高的一种珍贵植物资源。为给引种驯化栽培提供依据,我们研究了其生长发育期间叶片和果实中维生素 C 含量的变化。测定结果表明:1.刺梨叶片中维生素 C 含量较高。据测定在216.2~319.8毫克/100克;7月至8月上旬以前,叶片富于生机时,其含量高,随着叶片的衰老含量降低。营养枝叶片较结果枝叶片的维生素 C 含量高,尤其在营养枝叶片维生素 C 合成高峰期的7月上旬至8月上旬,两者的差值更大,可达17.8~40.9毫克/100克。
Rosa roxburghii Tratt is a valuable plant resource with a high vitamin C content. In order to provide a basis for the introduction and domestication, we studied the changes of vitamin C content in leaves and fruits during its growth and development. The results showed that: 1. Cili leaves high vitamin C content. According to the determination of 216.2 ~ 319.8 mg / 100 grams; July to early August before the leaves rich in vitality, its high content, with the decline of leaf senescence. Compared with the results of the branches and leaves of the vegetative shoots, the vitamin C content is higher, especially in the period from the early July to the early August of the peak of vitamin C synthesis in vegetative branch leaves. The difference between the two is even larger, reaching 17.8-40.9 mg / 100g.
