恶性肿瘤患者在化学治疗中最大的副作用是使白细胞、血小板减少。为提高化学治疗疗效,减少副作用的发生。我院自1994年5月至1995年10月应用湖南省国药开发总公司所提供的生血宝治疗化疗所致恶性肿瘤病人白细胞减少症150例。疗效报告如下: 1 对象与方法 1.1 病例选择 治疗组150例,男96例,女54例,年龄24～71岁(平均46.5岁)。全部病例均根据临床症状,X线、CT扫描、细胞学和病理学等项检查确诊,且应用常用化疗方案:EP、CAP、CAF、CMF、COP、CHOP、DFB、FMA等治疗2～3个疗程所致的白细胞
