1.问题的提出1—1.过去情况弹簧是导弹、飞机、宇宙飞行器中不可缺少的零件,由于设计技术的发展,对零件可靠性的要求越来越高了,因此对零件缺陷的无损检验就提到了日程上来。我公司生产的弹簧种类很多,由于原材料和制造工艺在生产过程中会产生各种各样的缺陷,工作中多次造成弹簧折断,根据对大量折断弹簧的故障分析,其缺陷来源有三:即脱
