2001年5月15日～16日,中国半导体行业协会二届五次理事会暨三届一次会员大会在北京召开。来自信息产业部、各地区会员单位的领导、专家和代表共115人参加了会议。国家计委曾培炎主任、原电子工业部李兆吉副部长、信息产业部曲维枝副部长分别为会议提词并发来了贺词;中国电子元件行业协会等协会分别为大会发来了贺词。信息产业部经济运行司林元芳副司长出席并讲话,信息产业部电子信息产品司郑敏政副司长作了“我国半导体行业的发展及政策”的演讲报告。本次会议,是在人类进入新千年、新世纪和我国即将加入WTO的新形势下召开的一次重要会议,
May 15, 2001 to 16, China Semiconductor Industry Association, the second five councils and three members of the General Assembly held in Beijing. A total of 115 leaders, experts and representatives from the Ministry of Information Industry and member units of various regions attended the meeting. Zeng Peiyan, director of the State Development Planning Commission, former Vice Minister Li Zhaoji of the Ministry of Electronics Industry and Vice Minister Qu Weizhi of the Ministry of Information Industry respectively raised their greetings and made congratulatory statements; and the associations such as China Electronics Components Industry Association sent greetings respectively for the conference. Lin Yuanfang, Deputy Director of Economic Operation Department of Ministry of Information Industry attended and made a speech. Deputy Director Zheng Minzheng of Electronic Information Products Division of Ministry of Information Industry made a speech entitled “Development and Policy of China’s Semiconductor Industry”. This meeting is an important meeting held under the new situation of mankind entering the new millennium, the new century and our country’s forthcoming accession to the WTO.
