土壤中Pb、Cd的测定多采用萃取法,可以消除基体干扰,但对大批样品分析来说既费时又不便,也不经济。Ediger提出基体改良法,以后又有人在这方面进行了研究。本文研究测定土壤中Pb、Cd、Ni时,加入适当的H_3PO_4抑制剂,结果表明提高灰化温度,既可抑制低熔点的Pb、Cd灰化损失,又可消除基体干扰,从而达到直接测定土壤中Pb、Cd、Ni的目的。
The determination of Pb and Cd in soil is mostly based on the extraction method, which can eliminate the matrix interference but is not only time-consuming, inconvenient, and uneconomical for a large number of sample analysis. Ediger proposed a matrix modification method, and some later conducted research in this area.
