今年10月,银川铁路分局党委在首批7个站段和64个党支部中开展了“三个代表”学习教育活动。在学习教育活动中,他们认真抓住“实”字;民主评议立足“诚”字;查找问题强调“准”字;深入整改突出“效”字;使职工对支部班子的整改满意率达到98%。通过学习教育活动,支委成员理论学习的自觉性明显增强;支委成员普遍受到一次党性锻炼;找准了党支部目前存在的突出问题;初步探索了“三个代表”在本单位、本部门的具体实现形式,有力地促进了基层党组织建设。
