目的　寻找一种新的方法 ,即非开放手术治疗盆腔囊性肿块 ,更好地满足病人就医的需求。方法　彩超引导下经皮穿刺 ,根据抽出囊液的性质 ,选择注入无水乙醇或地塞米松 10mg +庆大霉素 16万U +糜蛋白酶 5mg混合液。结果　直径小于 6cm的 6 8个囊性肿块全部治愈 ;直径大于 6cm小于 10cm的 2 2个囊性肿块 ,治愈 9个 ,显效 10个 ,无效 3个 ,治愈率 85 % ,显效率 11% ,无效率 4 %。结论　介入超声注药治疗盆腔囊性肿块 ,是有效的、可靠的一种方法 Objective To find a new method, that is, non-open surgery for pelvic cystic mass, to better meet the needs of patients seeking medical treatment.
