牙釉质是一种独特的非细胞组成的矿化组织，它是由许多羟基磷灰石晶体（ＨＡ）组成的。尽管人们已在扫描电镜下观察羟基磷灰石晶体的结构，但对羟基磷灰石晶体的具体化学结构仍然不十分清楚。现人们已在体外合成ＨＡ晶体，但多是工业制备。本文将就ＨＡ晶体的体外合成原料、条件等方面作文献回顾。
Enamel is a unique, non-cellular mineralization composed of many hydroxyapatite crystals (HA). Although the structure of the hydroxyapatite crystal has been observed under a scanning electron microscope, the specific chemical structure of the hydroxyapatite crystal remains unclear. Now people have synthesized in vitro HA crystals, but mostly industrial preparation. This article will HA literature in vitro synthesis of raw materials, conditions and other aspects of literature review.
